Block Booking Engineer Hours
This service allows non-contract clients to purchase a block of 10 or more engineer hours at a reduced rate. Clients are allocated the number of hours they have purchased against their record in our systems. As time is used up it's deducted from your allocation. Hours purchased in blocks are charged at £60 per hour during office hours and £85 per hour out of hours.
You will receive a statement of time used and time remaining every month.
Who is it for?
This service has been specifically developed for those organisations that do not want to commit to a support contract but still require immediate access to certified Microsoft engineers.
This way they know that help is instantly available Remotely or via Onsite Visit for a low-cost fixed fee per hour.
Available to solve issues with your PCs, laptops and servers. The support service for “Pay as you go” is ideal for ad hoc requirements and guarantees you a maximum service per hour
Why do I need it?
The cost of downtime caused by a fault in your IT infrastructure is dependent on how critical the failed device is to your day-to-day operations. With some faults it is vital that they are fixed immediately, because the impact on your business could be catastrophic if a solution is not found quickly.
Although a support contract is always the best way to cover for these events, we recognise in the current economic climate that all businesses are looking to save money and so we developed our “Pay as you go” support solution to offer the best of both worlds – immediate access to our highly qualified engineers without the need for a support contract.
